Your finger size changes throughout the day, so it is best to measure it at the end of the day when the size is largest.

If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Please note that the left and right hand sizes are different.

The most reliable method is to ask for your size at a jewelry store, they have the appropriate tools to measure fingers and usually do it for free.
