What materials are the pieces made of?

All pieces are made of 925 sterling silver , 24k gold plated 925 sterling silver or borosilicate glass . In some cases we also use gemstones and cultured pearls. In the description box of each product you can see the specifications of each product.

Can you make the pieces in 18 carat gold?

If you are interested in any of our pieces but would like it to be in 18k yellow or white gold, contact hola@rociojewels.com and we will give you more information.

Are all pieces handmade?

All pieces are handmade in our workshop in Valencia. You won't find two identical ones :)

How will I receive my jewelry?

The pieces are sent in plastic-free packaging. The packaging always includes a cotton bag that you can use to store your piece when not in use and a specific cloth to clean your jewel. You will also receive a certificate of your piece with a unique serial number. And of course, your jewel :)

How can I find out my ring size?

When will I receive my order?

Parts in stock are processed within a maximum of 48 hours, shipping times will depend on the destination country.

Custom-made pieces take 7 to 15 business days to complete, ensuring that every detail is meticulously taken care of.

You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped your order.

What are the shipping prices?

We ship our orders via GLS and Correos , depending on the destination country. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your order once it has been shipped.

Shipping prices are automatically calculated before payment is made. They do not include customs or tariff charges that may apply for shipments outside the European Union. Customers will be responsible for these possible additional charges.

Can I pick up my order at the physical store?

If you are from Valencia, you can choose the option "pick up my order in store". We are located at Calle Danzas, 4, bajo 3, very close to La Lonja de la Seda. You can check our opening hours on Google Maps.

Can I return an order?

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or a refund in the form of a voucher to be used in our online and physical store. For the return to be valid, the product must not show signs of having been used and the packaging used for shipping must be the original. Conditions vary depending on the reason for the return.

Size changes

We provide a guide to correctly measuring your ring size here . If you have chosen the wrong size, don't worry, send us an email telling us what size you would need and we will reply with the necessary steps. Please note that you will have to pay for the return and shipping costs of the new ring. We will not send the new ring until we receive the return.

Defective or incorrect item

When preparing an order, we take special care to avoid these types of errors. However, if this happens, don't worry. You can return it at no cost and we will send you back the correct product. Remember that you will have to use the original packaging. Contact hola@rociojewels.com with the details of your situation and some attached photos. We will reply with the steps for the return process as soon as possible.
